Why
does God allow bad things happen to good people? I think we have all
asked that question. When we get angry with God, we are establishing and
strengthening our relationship with Him. Think about who in our daily
earthly lives angers us most, usually our loved ones. We get angry with
the ones we love. The Old Testament is a continuous narrative on His
children falling away from His Love and the good that He wants for us.
Because of our wickedness, our depravity, bad things happen. Think of
all the evil that happened in Aesthetic countries because of man's
depravity. This is why we see all the brutality in the book of Judges
and in Joshua. It is because of Man's evil nature, not because God is
immoral.
To lighten your day read Psalm 95 and 100 and then do it. Today is the day and now is the time. You only live once -- YOLO.
